We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented student intern to join our Workplace Experience team in Zagreb a team that creates a welcoming environment and acts as the first point of contact for employees and partners.
Please note that this is a part-time, contract employment opportunity.

About the role
As a Workplace Experience Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently and remains a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include managing mail and supplies, maintaining organized spaces, assisting with events, liaising with suppliers, and providing valuable support to the Workplace Experience Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Organizing mail, scanning and storing documents and invoices, managing courier services, and handling packages.
- Greeting visitors, performing reception duties, and coordinating with local suppliers and service providers.
- Ensuring the office, meeting rooms and common areas are clean, equipped, and organized, including supervising small repairs.
- Ordering and managing office supplies, refreshments, and checking inventory.
- Assisting with office events, decorations for special occasions, and reorganizing spaces or setting up new furniture.
- Supporting the Workplace Experience Manager and team with various office tasks, especially in their absence.
About you:
- Positive can-do and hands-on attitude.
- Passion for caring and supporting others.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay focused.
- Good communication skills in Croatian and English.
- Confidentiality with all information entrusted to you.
- Availability to work part-time (20-30 hours per week), Monday-Friday, 08:00 - 12:00h. A student contract is required.
