As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our engineering practices, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, productive, and inclusive environment.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with business objectives.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define engineering strategies and objectives that support the company’s long-term goals.
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, while also implementing development plans that align with individual and team goals.
Recruitment and Training: Drive the hiring process for new team members and oversee their onboarding and training.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and practices to increase efficiency and quality.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary communication link between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in Software Development: Strong background in full-stack development, including familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Node.js, React, Vue, or Angular.
Experience with DevOps Tools: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Cloud Services: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Software Architecture: Understanding of architectural styles and design patterns.
