A Day in the Life: Customer Service Specialist

Did someone say they were looking for a challenging job that gives them daily interaction with customers and enables them to provide solutions? This role will put you on the front line with our customers, answering questions and directing calls to the right people when more complicated concerns arise. People skills and being solution-minded is a must in this role! Customer Service will put you in a crucial position within Trinity and allow you to gain a plethora of knowledge about our business operations on both sides of the freight we are arranging.   • Proven planning and organizational skills.

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required.
