A Day in the Life: Agent Support Representative

Hours: 8AM-7PM, 4 days per week

Trinity Logistics has a rare opening on our Agent Support team, and we would love for you to apply! Trinity’s agent division works side by side with our regional service centers and our Agent Support team is the glue that holds the two together! This position allows you to build close relationships with our agent offices and provide that top-notch Trinity service! We are looking for someone who enjoys open communication and building relationships while efficiently providing excellent customer service! An essential requirement of this particular opening is someone with a strong operational background who has an understanding of how our industry runs! Our Agents play a vital role in Trinity’s success and this position allows you to ensure our Agents are happy with the overall quality of support they receive. Job Requirements: Is This You?

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and transition tasks frequently.
• Strong attention to detail with proven planning and organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly connect with people
• Strong commitment to concepts of teamwork and customer service.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in trucking and/or 3PL logistics industry
• SAAS based program experience
• Data Analytics
• Power Point Presentations
