Job Description

As the Cricket Content & Engagement Lead, you will be the go-to expert for all things cricket. Your role will involve overseeing content creation, question management, and keeping users engaged with the latest in global cricket events. You’ll ensure the cricket category is always current, relevant, and insightful for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Management:
  Lead the development of content strategies to keep the cricket category fresh and engaging.
  Manage and create real-time content, including articles, questions, social media posts, and infographics. Ensure that content is timely, accurate, and aligned with global cricket events, from international tournaments to player updates.

• Match Analysis & Global Cricket Updates:
  Stay constantly updated on worldwide cricket events, matches, player news, and emerging trends.
  Analyze matches and player performances to provide insightful commentary and context.
  Curate questions and discussions relevant to the latest cricketing developments for user engagement.

• Question & Engagement Management:
  Manage the sourcing, creation, and validation of questions and trivia related to cricket.
  Engage with users by providing a steady stream of relevant, insightful questions and content.
  Maintain accuracy in all cricket-related questions by using trusted sources and updating as events unfold.

• Data-Driven Insights:
  Use data and analytics tools to identify trends in user engagement and category performance.
  Develop data-backed insights to optimize content strategy and enhance audience interaction.

Qualifications:
Deep passion and comprehensive understanding of cricket, including global events, leagues, and players.
Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of current affairs and sports culture.
Basic familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools is a plus.
