Instructional Designer/eLearning Creator – with HTML/CSS skills

We're looking for a motivated and driven Instructional Designer/eLearning Creator who has some coding experience (ideally with HTML/CSS)

This role will be based in Warsaw. We have hybrid working model.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You design and create e-learnings and expand the FlixBus Learning Management System platform with content (i.e. videos, animations, graphics, gamification)You support Flixs’ continuous international expansion, including country and post-merger integrations with focus on strengthening the Digital Learning footprint
• You translate user needs into efficient and effective projects (e.g. process automation, workflow streamlining, IT improvements, new feature development)
• You collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to create cutting edge features with a company-wide impactYou manage both existing stakeholders as well as new acquisitions and support with bug fixing (through our JIRA service desk)
• You help with the growth and design of our LMS platform (FlixUni) by using your coding skills

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• You have at least 2 years of experience in instructional design/eLearning creation/graphics design
• You have experience hands-on experience with coding (HTML/CSS or other)
• You possess a strong know-how & passion about state-of-the-art visual design-, AI- & animation tools
• You are a project manager at heart
• You have experience with agile way of working (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints etc.)You are proficient in English (all our work is done in English)
