Express.js/Node.js Intern (Remote)

As an Express.js/Node.js Intern, you will work closely with our development team to create, test, and maintain backend applications. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and enhance your skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Assist in database management and querying with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Participate in API development and integration with front-end applications.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clear and concise documentation for backend services and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Basic knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of any additional backend frameworks (e.g., Nest.js) is a plus.
