Automation Sales Engineer

At SaralTech, we aim to streamline operations through innovative automation solutions. We’re looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in HubSpot and Zapier to enhance our digital workflows and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot and Zapier to optimize sales, marketing, and operational processes.
• Build integrations between HubSpot and other platforms using Zapier to automate data flows and improve data accuracy.
• Set up and manage custom fields, segmentation, and workflows in HubSpot to support targeted outreach and lead nurturing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes to ensure seamless operation and resolve any issues quickly.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance process efficiency.
• Document workflows, automations, and integration processes to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with HubSpot and Zapier, including creating and managing complex workflows and integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and data mapping is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HubSpot and/or Zapier.
• Experience with other automation tools and CRM platforms.
