We are seeking an execution-oriented Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful product teams, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with R&D team (Engineering, AI and QE) to ensure successful product delivery
• Work closely with GTM teams:
• Sales: Align product development with sales goals. Help enable sales teams on new products and features.
• Marketing: Coordinate product launches and messaging with marketing campaigns.
• Customer Success: Gathering feedback and insights from customers to improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience as Founder/Head of Product at Series C/Series D startups
• Experience in building products in Finance and AI
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
• Proven ability to drive innovation and bring new products to market
• Data-driven and analytical mindset
• Passion for building great products and solving customer problems
