Manager, Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Shenzhen office. The role involves in engaging clients such as video producers, KOLs, and music creators, proficient in identifying client needs, and adept at independent business communication and strategy.

What You'll Do

• Engaging clients such as long or short video producers, KOLs, and music creators.
• Capable of identifying clients' latent needs and autonomously managing all-encompassing business communication/strategic planning.
• Thoroughly delves into major clients, expands clientele, and forges project partnerships.
• Executes diverse service tasks, encompassing strategy formulation and recommendation of premium resources.

Who You Are

• 3 years of internet marketing experience, particularly in social media domains like Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, Kuaishou, Youku, Tencent Video, iQIYI, etc.
• Prior experience with YouTube MCN accounts is advantageous, with extensive experience being a plus.
• Holding YouTube Music certification, YouTube music rights management certification, YouTube monetization, and content ownership maintenance qualifications are given precedence.
• Demonstrates a history of successful sales and catering to prominent industry clients.
• Holds connections with short drama partners/content merchants/video production companies or networks.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, adept project analysis, and proposal capabilities; proficiency in crafting proposals in both Chinese and English is preferred.
