About the job

We're looking for a motivated and driven Salesforce Engineer (m/f/d) to join Carbon team - our Customer Service Automation team on a B2B contract. Within this team, your role will involve automating our customer service procedures to enhance the service experience for our customers. This will enable them to swiftly resolve queries while empowering our Customer Service Agents to deliver optimal assistance.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Be part of a cross functional engineering and product team
  • Independently design and build scalable solutions and integrations
  • Full responsibility for the full software development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with developers and Solution Architects
  • Translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices standards across the business

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Experience implementing and developing Salesforce solutions
  • Understanding of programming patterns and how to apply/implement within Salesforce
  • Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including capabilities and limitations, particularly Service & Community Clouds.
  • Proficiency in developing Salesforce applications using the Aura framework and LWC.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Platform Developer II is highly preferred)
  • Strong experience with REST API integration and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Experience with Git for version control.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Developing frontend and backend components and their maintenance in the production environment
  • Articulate and clear communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience mentoring colleagues
    • AWS (RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SES, Sagemaker, Step functions, S3, ECS, EKS)
    • knowledge on telephony systems and CTI setup
