About the role
The Account Development Manager’s core responsibility is to grow the existing business by working closely with the CSM team to foster the best relationship with clients. He/She has a sharp business acumen and is able to work with relevant stakeholders to prevent churn. The successful candidate must possess the ability to grow and upsell to these existing accounts.
Task of the role
- Maintain revenue of assigned accounts, by ensuring retention and renewals of assigned accounts across english/mandarin speaking customers from SG, MY, PH, ID
- Work with CSM team and wider Appier HQ functions to ensure account and key stakeholder satisfaction, including operational task such as participation of customer QBR
- Grow revenue in existing account by working with new territory sales reps through strategic coverage and opportunity identification
- Work with SEA business leaders in nurturing partner and business ecosystem for SouthEast Asia
About you
We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Taipei office as our Account Development Manager. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries, and selling all Appier product suites.
[Essential]
- Min. 5 year of account development experience
- Self-motivated, able to adapt to an ambiguous, fast paced sales environment
- Able to do cold calling to prospect new and existing client base
- Ability to build strategic relationship with people
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem solving ability
- Crisp oral and written communications in English
- A bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Able to travel (50%)

- Professional knowledge of terminology, trends and concepts of digital marketing
- Business level proficiency of English
