About Us:

We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now transitioning from a professional services model to a scalable subscription-based approach.

As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026.

Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.

Role Overview:

As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that enable us to scale from our current customer base to 1,000 customers and beyond. You’ll be hands-on in identifying acquisition channels, optimizing conversion rates, and developing retention programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a scaling-stage startup who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to scale with agility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive new leads and signups.
  • Work across channels (paid, organic, social, content, partnerships) to maximize reach and minimize cost per acquisition.
  • Build effective onboarding flows to ensure a smooth start for new customers.

Growth Experiments:

  • Run data-driven growth experiments, A/B tests, and optimizations across the customer journey.
  • Implement and iterate on user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
  • Define, track, and measure key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, LTV, CAC, churn).

Conversion Optimization:

  • Design / provide guidance on landing pages, emails, and in-product experiences to optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the product team to optimize the website, product features, and customer journey for higher engagement.

Retention and Upsell:

  • Design retention programs and campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and create campaigns to encourage customers to increase engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Extract insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with experience in utilizing data to make decisions from various sources. Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and making data driven decisions is what we need..
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Segment, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Customer Acquisition Skills: Experience with paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), SEO, content marketing, and social media growth tactics.
  • Experimentation: Ability to rapidly design and test growth experiments, track success metrics, and iterate.
  • Creativity: Innovative, adaptable thinker who can identify and capitalize on unique growth opportunities.

Ideally, You Have:

  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, especially subscription-based SaaS models.
  • Knowledge of or experience in implementing viral/referral loops.
  • Being able to use sql databases and structured data to make decisions.
  • Experience at a company with $7.5M-$15M ARR that scaled to $15M-$30M ARR is highly desirable.
