Your Role at Zoniqx Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Zoniqx’s blockchain-driven, tokenized asset management platform, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and innovative.
• Oversee architecture, design, and implementation, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term growth and adaptability.
• Guide and support a multidisciplinary technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Work closely with blockchain experts, data scientists, and other key stakeholders to optimize and enhance our tokenization offerings.
• Stay informed on industry trends, including advancements in blockchain, AI, and DeFi, to maintain Zoniqx’s competitive edge.

Fundraising & Strategic Direction

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to define a technology vision and strategy aligned with business growth and investor expectations.
• Provide technical expertise during fundraising efforts, demonstrating Zoniqx’s unique technology, scalability, and competitive advantage.
• Lead technical due diligence processes, clearly articulating our platform’s value and growth potential to investors and strategic partners.

Product Development

• Partner with product management to ensure our technology meets market demands and delivers value to stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on product development, partnerships, and market positioning.
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives, driving growth in tokenization and digital asset
• management.

Operational Excellence

• Implement best practices for blockchain development, data management, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the technical team to consistently meet product timelines and quality standards.
• Scale the technology infrastructure to support a growing user base and expanding business needs.

• Blockchain and Tokenization: Deep expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contract development, asset tokenization, and digital finance technologies.
• Cloud-Based Architecture and Security: Expertise in cloud-based SaaS, data security protocols, and modern CI/CD tooling to scale infrastructure effectively.
• Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for digital assets, securities, and blockchain-related services.
• Programming and Development: Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Python, JavaScript) and deploying large-scale blockchain products.

Leadership and Strategy:

• Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives, supporting Zoniqx’s growth and leadership in digital asset management.
• Expertise in managing the lifecycle of complex software platforms, particularly blockchain-driven solutions.
