Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user requirements and translate them into technical features.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback for improvements.
• Debug and resolve performance issues, crashes, and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Proficient in working with Redux, MobX or similar state management libraries.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android development tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with UI design softwares like Figma.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with native modules in React Native.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or similar.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
• Knowledge of Firebase for analytics and cloud messaging.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
