About the role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, join the Ride-hailing team and take a leading role in configuring, customising, and optimising Salesforce solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales, account management, and operations teams. As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications that support business objectives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce.com, ensuring alignment with business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and modify controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
- Build interactive, customer-centric UIs using LWC and JavaScript.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal proprietary and third-party applications.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests, ensuring timely and quality delivery of releases.
About you:
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)).
- Expertise in implementing and developing with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Competency in other languages and development tools, such as JavaScript and jQuery.
- In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce and other platforms.
- Proactive approach to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders, with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Why you’ll love it here:
- Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
- Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
- Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
- Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
- Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
- Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
- Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
