Motion Graphic Designer - Remote (Lebanon)

Overview:
We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to join a partner's team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to produce engaging animations, video content, and motion designs that bring our brand to life. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for storytelling through design and animation.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, video marketing, and product presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphics projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with video editors, illustrators, and other design team members to integrate motion graphics into live-action videos.
• Use industry-standard tools and software to produce animations, including After Effects, Cinema 4D, and similar programs.
• Understand project requirements and deadlines, ensuring on-time delivery of assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines across all media formats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and video production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• -Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of animation, typography, and design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in creating explainer videos, product demos, or motion ads.
• Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
• Experience with scripting and storyboarding.
