Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the office.
- Screen and answer phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Book and coordinate travel and flight itineraries for all staff.
- Greet guests and clients.
- Ensure the smooth running of meeting rooms, including booking and setting up equipment according to requirements.
- Coordinate mail, couriers and deliveries.
- Be responsible for office supplies and maintenance.
- Support the onboarding logistics of new staff.
- Participate in assigned projects as needed (i.e. staff engagement activities).
- Supervise the cleaning staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred; experience of working in sizable firms/ fashion brands would be an advantage.
- Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions, flexible to work with last minute changes.
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written).
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
- Profound attention to detail and is able to multitask a number of projects at any given time.
- Able to work independently and effectively.
