Sr. Identity Access Management Engineer

Plume Design, Inc. is looking for a dedicated IAM Engineer to join our growing global Cybersecurity and Information Technology team.

Job Description:

Plume Design, Inc. is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer who will be responsible for helping ensure the deployment, configuration, integration and operation of IAM systems.

This role requires a detail oriented, collaborative and documentation obsessed personality. As has been demonstrated time and again, operational mistakes in this realm can be extremely costly both in terms of time and money. The ideal candidate will understand the real world and technological challenges required to allow an organization to run a successful IAM system.

Responsibilities

• Identity Lifecycle Management
• Privileged Access Management
• Single Sign On
• Multifactor Authentication
• Okta Identity Governance, Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication
• Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Red Hat LDAP
• Amazon Web Services
• Integrate SIEM, HR, AD and Jira systems with Okta Identity Governance
• Onboard Business Applications
• Develop and document Operational Procedures
• Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure the IAM solutions are integrated with the broader IT directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years engineering and/or operations. 3 years in Information Security and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM.)
• CISSP, CISM, SANS GSEC, Cloud Security (CCSP, CCSK), or other information security related certification(s) desired.
• Ability to communicate complex and technical concepts to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood and actionable manner.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
