Systems Architect

TractUs is an AI platform that transforms unstructured trade chats into contracts and documents, automating the recording and execution of trades.
Role Summary:
Design and lead the overall architecture for TractUs, ensuring scalable, secure, and real-time data handling that can process unstructured WhatsApp chat data (text, voice, and images) into structured, contract-ready documents. This role will emphasize data security, API integration, and smooth collaboration between front-end and back-end systems.
Responsibilities:
Architect a robust system to process multi-format WhatsApp chat data in real time and trigger contract generation.
Design and integrate a NLP pipeline for contract generation, utilizing pre-trained models.
Establish the data pipeline and API connections to support bot interactions within WhatsApp, enabling secure contract creation.
Collaborate with the Full-Stack and Front-End Engineers to ensure cohesive integration of the backend with user interfaces.
Define data security protocols, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards relevant to sensitive trade information.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in systems architecture, preferably with expertise in AI/ML-driven applications and real-time data processing.
Technical Skills: Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), secure API development, data encryption, and distributed systems.
Frameworks & Tools: Experience with serverless architectures, real-time processing (WebSocket, Kafka, Redis Streams), and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; background in architecting secure, high-availability, scalable real-time systems.
