Position: React Native Mobile Developer

Role Overview:

As a React Native Mobile Developer at Brucira, you'll focus on building high-quality mobile applications with a keen eye for detail, performance, and usability. You'll work closely with our design and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable solutions. Your main focus will be on mobile app development, specifically using React Native.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and follow best practices to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring robust and bug-free app releases.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile development technologies and trends, focusing on React Native best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mobile developer, with a strong focus on React Native (minimum 2 years of experience).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with mobile development frameworks and libraries, specifically React Native.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices in mobile development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in mobile app development with React Native.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record of developing and releasing mobile applications using React Native.

Selection Process: The selection process will consist of three rounds, each eliminatory:

1. Technical Call – An initial call to assess your technical expertise.
2. Assignment – A hands-on assignment to evaluate your problem-solving skills and technical capabilities.
3. Final Call with Co-founder – An in-depth discussion with our Co-founder to assess cultural fit and alignment with our values.
