Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Listing Manager to define and execute listing strategies, ensuring smooth project onboarding while enhancing trading depth and liquidity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the blockchain industry, along with excellent project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement listing strategies, including market research and coordination of internal and external resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, providing support for project launches and promotions.
- Oversee all aspects of the listing process to ensure timely and successful project onboarding.
- Monitor and analyze post-listing performance, including trading volume and price trends, to inform future strategies.
- Create and execute marketing plans post-listing to boost project visibility and market influence.
- Address any issues that arise during the listing process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and establish connections with potential partners.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on business development for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the blockchain industry, with a strong track record in listings or project management.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills for international business.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret market data.
- Proactive and passionate, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
