As our COO, you’ll work directly with the founders to establish our operations, build efficient processes, and drive the company forward.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic operational plan to support rapid growth, focusing on supply chain, production, distribution, and customer experience.
Operational Efficiency: Establish scalable processes across all operational functions, from product development to fulfillment, ensuring that Summit Ridge Co. operates with efficiency, quality, and resilience.

Build & Lead Teams: Build and lead core teams in operations, supply chain, production, and customer service, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, transparency, and excellence.

Partner with the CEO: Collaborate closely with the CEO to align on vision, strategy, and goals, making data-driven decisions to guide the company’s trajectory.

Financial Stewardship: Work with the finance team to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize spending across all operational functions.

Drive Innovation: Implement cutting-edge technology and systems to support product development, supply chain management, and customer engagement, with a commitment to sustainability and efficiency.

Who You Are:

Experienced Operator:You have 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production management, ideally in the outdoor, apparel, or consumer goods industry.

Strategic Visionary: You have a strategic mindset and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a fast-growing, early-stage company.
