Position Overview:
The Marketing Growth Manager - Partnerships will be responsible for managing and developing large-scale partnerships from inception to maturity. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a keen understanding of business operations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a key partnerships, from initial onboarding to long-term strategic development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the partnerships, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product development) to align efforts and achieve partnerships goals.
  • Develop marketing strategies for each channel of the partnerships to align with the various personas of the membership
  • Develop a testing protocol for messaging, design, segmentation and frequency to maximize conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze partnerships performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify and leverage new opportunities within the partnerships to drive growth and mutual benefits.
  • Develop and present strategic plans for maximizing the value of the partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships management, business development, or account management, or related experience preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale project and achieving strategic business goals.
  • Exceptional communication, marketring and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and project management.
