As a Junior Outreach Specialist at IvyPanda, you’ll play a vital role in promoting our educational content by connecting with bloggers, influencers, educational platforms, and other relevant sites. You’ll assist in identifying new outreach opportunities, drafting compelling pitches, and helping expand IvyPanda’s online presence through strategic collaboration. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and driven by building connections.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research relevant websites, blogs, and influencers for potential outreach partnerships.
• Assist in crafting and personalizing outreach pitches to increase response rates and engagement.
• Manage communication and maintain relationships with partners, providing them with the necessary content and support.
• Monitor and document outreach activities, tracking progress and analyzing results to refine future outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement outreach strategies that align with IvyPanda’s brand and objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, SEO practices, and outreach strategies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with outreach and link-building strategies, content marketing, or SEO basics.
• Experience using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or outreach software (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to learn; experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to IvyPanda’s educational mission.
