This Product Growth & QA Intern role is a minimum 3-month internship for students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management, business, or a related field, in their second or final year.

We’re looking for someone with keen attention to detail, a knack for user experience, and a drive to understand what makes users come back. Familiarity with testing platforms or analytics tools would be a plus, and if you’ve had exposure to Flutter or Next.js, that’s even better.

As our Product Growth & QA Intern, you’re here to make DoublOne a joy to use. You’ll be at the heart of our product quality, helping ensure users have a smooth, glitch-free experience—and having a blast while doing it. But it’s not just about fixing bugs. It’s about growing a product and a community that people love coming back to. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:
1. Quality Assurance & Testing
Get hands-on with our mobile and web apps, test-driving new features, uncovering bugs, and keeping an eye out for ways we can make DoublOne better.
Work with our engineers to squash any issues you find and come up with ideas to make things run smoother.
Create simple, helpful ways to test our app, so we’re always getting better without any bottlenecks.
2. User Experience & Product Growth
Be the voice of our users: listen, empathize, and let their feedback guide how we grow DoublOne.
Help new users get comfortable with DoublOne’s features, answering questions, guiding them through the interface, and making their experience seamless.
Dive into user data with our Product team—finding trends, figuring out what’s working (and what’s not), and helping us make smart, user-centered decisions.
Pitch in with A/B tests, surveys, and brainstorm sessions that put users first and help us improve at every step.
3. Community & Engagement
Be the face (or voice) of DoublOne for our community, answering questions, sharing tips, and making users feel welcome.
Keep our social channels buzzing with energy, managing discussions and encouraging a friendly, open community vibe.
Dream up fun ways to engage with our users—think events, posts, or anything that lets people know we’re here, we’re listening, and we care.
