Job title : Digital Scrum Master

Experience: 5-6yr

Locations: Pune

Budget: 10-12lpa

Primary Skills : Data domain, Azure, Python, java. JIRA tool, Cloud /Data Scrum/Kanban Agile tools

Notice Period: 15-30days

Role and Responsibility:

Escalates to management (Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery anchor...) the obstacles that s(he) can’t handle at her/his level;

Provides the required dashboards to monitor the progress of the taskforce.
Helps the Delivery anchor with inputs of weekly reports.

Ensures the completion of the tasks involved in the Sprint and the definition of next releases in the project.

Contributes with the team to Quality Assurance (QA) measures defined.

SKILLS PREFERRED (Technical & Behavioural) – Mandatory

Experience in project management, planning and organizing

CSM / equivalent certification is a must.

Strong experience in JIRA tool.

Good to have experience in Data domain related technologies. For e.g. Azure, Python, java.

Good to have experience in Pricing Domain [PriceFx]

At least 3+ year Experience in Cloud/Data projects.

At least 5+ year Experience in Scrum/Kanban Management and methodology

Good experience & understanding on Agile tools and process knowledge

SKILLS DESIRED (Technical & Behavioural) – Secondary

International experience, intercultural skills to be able to work with onsite & offshore teams
