About the Role
Dandy is looking for a seasoned Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer to design and develop innovative learning solutions, including web-based training, software simulations, instructor-led sessions and experiential learning. You’ll use your instructional design and superb project management skills to create learning experiences that will reach a global dental design team at Dandy. You are an organized self-starter who is passionate about fully owning Instructional Design projects from beginning to end, including tracking the business impact of your work.
What You’ll Do
Create training curriculums to enable design teams across the removables product lines
Manage a team of trainers to execute training curriculums with design teams of varying skill sets.
Partner with stakeholders to develop training content that upholds and improves quality standards
Create assessment criteria to measure effectiveness of training programs
Provide reporting and analysis on engagement and performance
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design highly engaging and effective learning experiences with a focus on continuous improvement and retention
Work cross-functionally to project manage the end-to-end execution of multiple training initiatives simultaneously
What We’re Looking For
Organization: A high energy self-starter who works well in fast-paced environments with ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to a successful outcome while communicating issue/status to appropriate stakeholders
Strategic Planning: experience with the strategic planning of learning programs, such as identifying new technologies and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and proposing innovative solutions to improve the learning experience.
SME Management: Demonstrated history of successfully working with highly technical SMEs and stakeholders to translate audience needs into effective training products
Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations and communicate / organize project updates appropriately
Communication: Strong ability to write clear, concise documentation, and narration with an exceptional attention to detail
Owner Mentality: A highly organized autonomous innovator with top-notch project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience with dental design software (3Shape, Meshmixer, etc)
