Role Overview
As a SaaS Customer Growth Representative within our Revenue Organization, you'll be a crucial part of our “customer-obsessed” journey. This role is designed for people passionate about building relationships, guiding customers to success, and driving growth without the pressure of cold-calling. You’ll focus on proactively engaging and onboarding new customers, ensuring they gain rapid familiarity with our product and helping them achieve their objectives to secure their long-term satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Proactive Customer Onboarding: Lead welcoming and informative onboarding sessions to help new customers feel comfortable and equipped with the knowledge they need to maximize our platform’s value.
- Customer Success Facilitation: Engage in proactive follow-ups with customers, anticipating their needs and answering questions to foster positive, ongoing relationships that encourage product adoption and expansion.
- Customer Win Rate & Opportunity Pace: Work collaboratively to improve customer win rates, monitor opportunity progression, and reduce time to first contact—setting our customers up for swift success.
- Ongoing Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers through scheduled check-ins and personalized support, using HubSpot CRM to track interactions and support their growth journeys.
- Guiding Users to Goals: Assist customers in understanding how to use our software to meet their unique objectives, from navigating features to making strategic decisions about product utilization.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage tools such as HubSpot CRM, Calendly, and Zapier to streamline workflows, improve customer interactions, and track engagement.
