Note: Our Company utilises Generative AI (e.g. MidJourney, Stable Diffusion) as part of the workflow. However we also require our candidates in animation-related job roles to have excellent skills in both hand-drawn and non-AI digital art.
Salary: £25000 to £32000 per year depending on qualifications and experience + approximately £3500 per year personal allowance
Job Responsibilities:
Design and create visual effects for characters, environments, interfaces, and other relevant game elements in accordance with the artistic style.
Independently produce game effects based on project requirements, demonstrating a unique perspective and analytical ability in effect presentation.
Possess full project experience in visual effects production, with the ability to promptly resolve issues that arise during game development.
Be familiar with the workflow of game effects production, with some experience in working on anime-style (2D) projects.
Integrate resources into the game version, verify the effects, and track optimization and iteration processes.
Use Unity3D for production and be proficient in using related artistic software.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an art-related field, with at least 2 years of experience in game effects production.
Proficient in using software such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Spine for effect creation.
Able to independently complete design tasks required for the project.
Strong artistic insight and a deep understanding of the target market's aesthetic style.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with game effects production workflow, with some experience in anime-style projects.
Passionate about the job, responsible, and capable of effective communication and coordination.
Love for gaming and anime-style art.
