Job Overview
As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping and promoting our company culture, talent acquisition, and overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include managing various HR functions to ensure we attract, retain, and nurture top talent in the fintech and blockchain sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, for roles in technology, product development, marketing, and operations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions for each role.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, industry forums) to attract top talent with expertise in blockchain, Web3, and fintech.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Keep the applicant tracking system updated to maintain an efficient recruitment process.
- Onboarding and Orientation
- Design and manage the onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation sessions, necessary documentation, and training plans.
- Facilitate the smooth integration of new team members into the company culture, connecting them with cross-functional teams and scheduling regular check-ins.
- Gather feedback on the onboarding process to continuously enhance the experience for future hires.
- Support performance management, employee recognition, and reward programs, and recommend improvements as needed.
- HR Policies and Compliance
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies that align with the company’s objectives and meet regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, serving as the main contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, managing sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Act as a reliable resource for employees, offering support on work-related matters and helping to resolve conflicts.
- Conduct exit interviews and review feedback to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
- Performance Management and Training
- Work with department leaders to establish performance review processes, providing assistance with goal setting and constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs across the organization and collaborate with leadership to create and implement programs that improve employee skills and knowledge in blockchain, Web3, and fintech.
- HR Analytics and Reporting
- Collect and analyze HR data, including employee turnover, retention rates, and recruitment metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights to senior management and recommend HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Culture Building and Employer Branding
- Act as a steward of our company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Partner with marketing to enhance the employer brand through social media, content creation, and community engagement.
- Develop internal communication strategies to promote transparency and open dialogue at all levels of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is advantageous.
- Over 1 year of experience in HR, ideally in a startup or technology-focused environment.
- Knowledge of fintech, blockchain, or Web3 industry trends and the specific skills needed for these positions.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR tools and platforms such as applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
