Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Work closely with other marketing team members to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
