As an Account Executive (AE) with VML, you will play a vital role in supporting our account management team to ensure seamless project execution. With 2 years of relevant experience, you will assist in the day-to-day management of client projects, maintain close communication with clients, and support the Account Manager in all aspects of account coordination and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Manage daily follow-ups on client projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of project materials, including timelines, budgets, and client briefs.
- Keep clients updated on project progress and promptly address any queries or concerns.
Client Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and responsive communication.
- Help and assist the Account Manager in all aspects of client account management.
- Support the development of strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
Presentations and Meetings:
- Attend client presentations, both virtual and in-person, to assist in communication and support the Account Manager.
- Document and share client feedback with the internal team to ensure projects align with client objectives.
- Take detailed notes during client meetings and follow up on action items as required.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in account management or a related client-facing role, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, with a high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
