Now, we’re looking to expand our reach, engagement, and revenue with the help of an innovative marketing professional.
Role Overview
We're searching for a results-driven marketing & growth specialist to take Shoot The Frame to the next level. You’ll own our growth strategy, build brand awareness, and drive user acquisition. This is an equity-based role, ideal for someone entrepreneurial, deeply familiar with growth strategies, and eager to transform potential into results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, partnerships, and email campaigns (large email list)
- Enhance brand positioning and user engagement through creative campaigns tailored to the photography community.
- Identify and leverage new acquisition channels to drive user growth.
- Collaborate on brand development to elevate Shoot The Frame’s appeal among photographers worldwide.
- Use data-driven insights to continually optimize marketing efforts and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in marketing and growth, ideally with a focus on digital products, creative platforms, or communities.
- We’re not looking for a ‘leader’ or a ‘director’ – we need a hands-on builder. Roll up your sleeves and dive into every aspect of growth.
- Proven track record of driving growth for a startup or similar platform.
- Passion for photography and creative industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated by challenges and eager to work for equity to share in the success of Shoot The Frame.
- Skills in content creation and knowledge of SEO, social media, partnerships, and email marketing.
- Analytical abilities to track metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
