As an Account Executive, you will be one of the founding members of our Americas team. Your role is crucial in shaping our presence in the region and making sure Kiln achieves its ambitious plans. You will report to our Head of Sales Americas and collaborate with Business Development, Customer, Product, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and drive the adoption of our innovative blockchain solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Build, nurture, and close pipelines focusing on Financial Services Companies.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Kiln's products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and convince prospects and customers.
Build an extensive Web3 and Institutional network and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Actively contribute to adapting sales materials to regional specificities.
Requirements:
4+ years experience of asset management or FinTech experience
Mandatory : 2+ years of experience in a Blockchain/Crypto company.
Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline, including negotiation and closing.
Strong ability to establish and nurture productive relationships with C-levels.
Self-starter and highly organized, with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Native or perfectly fluent in English.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage company.
Familiar with crypto regulatory policies and digital asset financial services (custody, prime services, asset management).
Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese).
