We are looking for an Inbound SDR Team Manager to join our Inbound SDR Team.
Why is this role so important at Similarweb?
Our Inbound SDRs represent the future sales leadership within Similarweb's GTM organization. This role is essential for cultivating entry-level talent, transforming them into a high-performing team with the potential to become our next generation of leaders.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Manage and coach a team of Inbound SDRs to successfully book business for GTM. Monitor KPI’s such as calls, emails sent, meetings booked, and provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure positive growth and skill development
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders within SimilarWeb (GTM sales teams - mainly in the US)
- Conduct regular analysis to understand the root cause of team performance and actions to accelerate growth
- You will represent the front line of the company’s GTM efforts, playing an important role in growing the business. You’ll be tasked with developing the sales process and helping define the strategy in setting up your ‘pod’ for success.
- Fully on-site role Monday - Friday
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative; inbound and outbound experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a manager
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft
- Showcases hunger, ambition, and drive in wanting to develop your team in a fast-paced challenging business world
