Overview:
The Head of Sales for Natural Mystic Wellness will lead the company’s sales strategy, focusing on expanding market reach, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong partnerships in the wellness and holistic health sectors. This role requires expertise in sales management, market development, and a deep understanding of the wellness industry’s unique product and service needs. The Head of Sales will embody the brand’s commitment to sustainable, natural products and experiences to lead the charge in positioning Natural Mystic Wellness as a trusted name in holistic wellness.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute revenue growth strategies to expand market share and maximize profitability which include developing, implementing, and monitoring effective sales strategies/plans to achieve organizational revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Sales Team Leadership & Development: Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on delivering results and cultivating a passion for wellness.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales budgets, oversee sales forecasting, and implement efficient processes to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and untapped revenue streams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop tailored growth initiatives, pricing models, and promotional strategies.
- Drive execution by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, adjusting tactics as needed to ensure Natural Mystic Wellness’s competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Oversee the sales and affiliate pipeline, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and maximizing closing rates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and affiliate teams, equipping them with the tools, resources, and training necessary to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead the development and expansion of channel partnerships to enhance market reach and drive revenue growth. Build and nurture relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to expand Natural Mystic’s presence in key markets.
- E-Commerce Expansion: Develop strategies to grow eCommerce sales through Natural Mystic’s online platforms, as well as third-party marketplaces, optimizing for a seamless customer experience.
- Brand Advocacy: Position Natural Mystic Wellness as a leader in holistic health through strong storytelling, customer engagement, and partnership development.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with influencers and wellness advocates to strengthen brand visibility and credibility within the wellness community.
Key Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, including hiring, training, and professional development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus). Or the equivalent in relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis, forecasting, and sales data interpretation.
Ability to design, implement, and adapt sales strategies based on changing market conditions and company goals.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to drive strategy and optimize pipeline management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in collaborating across departments to achieve business goals.
