Windows System Administrator

*Your main missions *

• Maintaining and keeping up-to-date Exchange infrastructure on-premise
• Maintaining and keeping up-to-date the Active Directory infrastructure
• Managing GPO
• Monitoring of the infrastructure with SCOM
• Package creation with SCCM
• Managing mobile devices in Mobile Iron and keep up-to-date the platform
• Monitoring/installation/configuration of antivirus with McAfee EPO
• Working on different projects for the evolution of the architecture/infrastrucure ( Mail , Active Directory , Antivirus , Windows Server , Mobile Iron etc)
• Creating templates in VMware. Keeping the templates and VMs up-to-date with Windows patching, VMtools and hardware compatibility
• If necessary, supporting level 3 for end-users and other teams, managing tickets and respect of SLA and KPI
• Creating various documentation of the architecture and procedure for daily basis activity

*Our ideal profile *:

• You hold minimum a Bachelor's degree and you have minimum 5 years of experience
• You are used to working in a demanding environment
• You can work within a team, but you would be able to work also independently
• You have solid technical skills with several tools such as : Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Server 2016, Exchange Server 2019, Microsoft SCOM, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft GPO, Mobile Iron, VMware...
• Some relevant certifications (as example : ITIL V4, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, etc.) are a plus.
• You are client-service minded and able to manage conflicts, if necessary
• You have French and English fluent (mandatory)
