Backend Developer Intern

Job Overview:
As a Python Backend Development Intern, you will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs, with a focus on Python and FastAPI. You’ll also gain exposure to essential cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, as well as containerization using Docker. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to deepen their technical skills while working alongside a team of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI for our backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Assist in deploying applications on AWS and GCP, gaining hands-on experience with both cloud environments.
• Work with Docker to containerize applications, ensuring consistency across development and production.
• Implement and manage data storage solutions and connect with various database services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to learn best practices and contribute to code reviews.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with FastAPI or a similar Python web framework.
• Understanding of AWS or GCP cloud services.
• Exposure to Docker and containerization concepts.
