We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Benefits Specialist to support the management and delivery of Bolt’s benefit programs across our global regions.

About the role
As a Senior Benefits Specialist, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders and People teams to develop competitive and equitable benefit plans that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention. You will act as a subject matter expert on benefits, providing guidance and overseeing benefit programs across various regions.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operation of employee benefits across multiple countries such as health, life insurance, disability plans, accommodations programs, retirement savings, wellbeing plans, etc.
- Lead market research and benefits benchmarking projects, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to provide strategic insights
- Ensure all benefit plans are administered in accordance with plan documents and meet regulatory requirements
- Keep abreast of legislation, current issues, trends and other developments that relate to, or impact all aspects of benefits across multiple countries
- Collaborate internally with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Payroll and other groups to manage the delivery of benefit programs
- Work closely with Regional People Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure benefits are rooted in a deep understanding of company needs
About you:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- You possess knowledge of benefit practices and principles, along with fundamentals of benefits administration
- You are skilled in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience using tools like xlookup and pivot tables
- You are familiar with Workday or other HRIS systems
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and work well with cross-functional teams
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks
