UX Designer - Malmo (Independent Consultant – Malmö-based)

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX design, with expertise in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
• User Research & Testing: Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
• Core Competencies: Deep understanding of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and information architecture.

Your Role:

• User Research & Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to understand pain points, needs, and preferences, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that embody seamless, accessible user experiences.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure designs align with both user needs and technical requirements.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing on prototypes and live designs, refining solutions based on user feedback and data.
• Code Quality: Adhere to industry standards and best practices in design for consistency, usability, and visual appeal.
