- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, escalating complex problems to senior engineers or developers when necessary.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting steps, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and internal processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, engineering, and product teams to identify product issues and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to prevent potential issues from affecting customer operations.
- Customer Training: Provide customers with clear instructions and training on product use, configuration, and best practices.
- Bug Tracking: Log, track, and manage customer-reported bugs or issues in tracking systems and follow up on their resolution.
- Technical Escalations: Act as a point of escalation for unresolved or complex customer issues, ensuring that all issues are handled professionally and promptly.
- Product Testing: Assist in testing new product versions and features, providing feedback to the development team.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and company product updates to provide the best possible support.
