What you'll be doing:
- Shape the visual identity of campaigns, transforming ideas into captivating visuals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts.
- Generate creative ideas that align perfectly with clients' needs.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the latest communication trends.
- Deepen your understanding of clients' businesses, brands, and consumers.
- Coordinate with production to ensure the feasibility and execution of ideas.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, and art layouts that bring creative visions to life.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences.
- Stay on top of trends and maintain best practices in design and visual communication.
What you'll need:
- BA/BS in Advertising Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); animation skills are a plus.
- A strong creative and conceptual portfolio that demonstrates versatility.
- A team player with creative integrity.
- Excellent time-management skills and reliability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Photographic skills are a bonus.
