UI/UX Designer

This role requires you to be in-office 5 days a week.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our innovative design team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in user experience and user interface design, who is eager to learn and contribute to the design of appealing and effective web applications. You will work alongside experienced designers and developers, gaining hands-on experience with the latest design tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine user interfaces for our web applications using modern design tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and feedback.
Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the designs meet user needs.
Work closely with developers to implement designs into tech solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Technical Skills We're Looking For:

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles and user experience strategies.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is beneficial.
