Founding CTO & Research Lead

As our Founding CTO, you will architect the technological backbone of our platform and lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists. Your role is pivotal in shaping our technology vision and driving the execution of our ambitious roadmap. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, and executive leadership to deliver an exceptional social media experience that is both scalable and secure.

Visionary Leadership:

Research & Development:

• Establish and lead a dedicated research team focused on pioneering innovations in AI and social media technologies.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and industry thought leaders to drive cutting-edge research initiatives.

Product Development & Infrastructure:

• Oversee the architecture of our platform to ensure it can support millions of users with high availability.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations.

Strategic Communication:

• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex ideas into clear narratives.
• Play an instrumental role in fundraising efforts by articulating our technical vision to investors.

Requirements:
Experience:

• Proven track record as a CTO or in a similar technical leadership role within fast-paced environments.
• Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, and scalable system design

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
