Primary Skills: Transaction settlements, NACHA, OFAC, Reconciliations, US Banking Domain

Key Responsibilities:
Process and settle transactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Perform reconciliations for financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and validate NACHA files and OFAC compliance for transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction flows and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze transaction data to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on settlement activities.
Work closely with internal teams to address transaction queries and provide support.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in transaction settlements, reconciliations, and related functions within the US banking domain.
Strong knowledge of NACHA file formats, payment systems, and OFAC compliance.
Experience in processing and validating financial transactions.
Solid understanding of banking operations, settlement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
