Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 3+ Yrs

Location: Coimbatore

Notice Period: Upto 2 Months

Primary Skills: Node JS, Frontend (React JS, Angular, Vue JS), Experience as a team lead

Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor technical teams in the development of high-quality software

products.

● Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of

milestones.

● Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

● Monitor and track project progress, reporting on status to stakeholders.

● Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to

ensure alignment with business goals.

● Hands-on development using Node.js and expertise in Frontend frameworks.

● Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a

collaborative environment.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve

team processes and product quality.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related

field (or equivalent experience).

● 4-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a

Senior Developer or Team Lead role.

● Proven hands-on experience with Node.js and proficiency in Frontend

frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

● Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and design

patterns.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical

concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version

control tools (Git, SVN).
