About the job

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA Denver, CO, and East Providence, RI

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

MOO's diverse manufacturing team is composed of quality and process engineers, prepress specialists, manufacturing leads, technology engineers, and supply chain specialists. We span two geographies (US and UK) and are responsible for the delivery of premium print and hard good products to our customers. We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

The Business Analyst role will give valuable insight and recommendations into the effectiveness of our operations.

In this position, you will become a subject matter expert in our global manufacturing and logistics processes. You will collaborate closely with the Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will define problems, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and offer data-driven recommendations. Your analyses will cover various aspects such as delivery speed & reliability, shipping costs, labor expenses, throughput times, scheduling efficiency, and customer feedback, among others. Your goal will be to uncover meaningful changes to our operations that result in better customer and company outcomes.

  • Build Relationships: Establish trust-based relationships and communicate effectively with leaders and stakeholders across the organization
  • Mentor & Coach: Mentor manufacturing and product teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement while supporting the development of reporting and analytics tools
  • Share Knowledge: Collaborate with multiple sites and teams, sharing standard processes and best practices to drive consistent and effective data analysis
  • Maintain & configure various systems to support operations

About You

  • Experience with data analytics and/or visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experienced in SQL
  • Analytical expertise: Strong ability to analyze data, find patterns, and perform exploratory and statistical analysis; capable of transforming business questions into actionable insights
  • Excellent communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data insights to different audiences
