[Headhunter] Project Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for project architecture design, reconstruction and development of core modules, and analysis of project requirements;
2. Lead and guide the development team to complete the development and testing work on time and with high quality, solve technical difficulties and conduct technical audit;
3. Work closely with product and operation teams to manage the platform's data retrieval and provide technical support;
4. Summarize project development experience, compile project knowledge documents, and promote internal knowledge sharing;
5. Managed daily affairs of the team, including technical interviews, personnel assessment, etc.;
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer related major, more than 5 years of Java project development experience, more than 2 years of development team management experience, independent leadership and responsible for the development of medium and large projects, and served as the architecture design and core development of larger projects;
2. Proficient in JavaEE development, familiar with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis and other open source frameworks, familiar with the underlying principle and operation mechanism of Spring, familiar with Spring Cloud microservice architecture;
3. Proficient in relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL, with excellent SQL writing and optimization capabilities; Familiar with MongoDB, Redis and other non-relational databases;
4. Practical experience in high concurrency processing, JVM performance tuning and project optimization iteration;
5. Proficient in code quality and project schedule management;
6. Have excellent learning ability and technical document writing ability, good expression and communication skills.
7. Familiar with software project development process, have strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure, and have certain leadership.
