Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Consultant with a strong background in Payroll to join our team on a contract basis. This role is fully remote, and we are looking for candidates who are based in Canada. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Payroll functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Payroll modules to support payroll processing and related activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS Payroll, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS Payroll functionalities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Payroll with other HR and Finance modules within Oracle EBS.
• Stay updated on best practices and new features within Oracle EBS Payroll.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in Payroll modules.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Canada.
• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS Payroll.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• The hourly rate is all-inclusive, ranging from USD $60to $65/hr. depending on experience.
